Digital Department

The digital department is looking for an additional team member. We’re looking for an individual who will support and assist customers with digital banking needs. This position includes working with a team, exceptional customer service, problem solving, and continual learning. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence, customer service, and community involvement. Typical Duties:

  1. Support customers by being a primary contact for digital banking
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to customers through problem resolution via phone call, email, and/or in-person
  3. Support business customers through assistance with digital services such as Bill Pay, Positive Pay, ACH Origination, Wire Transfers, etc.
  4. Collaborate and assist team members and bank employees with various tasks and problem resolution regarding digital banking
  5. Assist customers with fund transfers
  6. Process incoming and outgoing wires
  7. Support bankers with digital banking services such as Business Online, ACH, and Fraud and Wire calls
  8. Responsible for completing assigned reporting and assisting with digital banking related audits
  9. Commitment to continued learning and education in the field of digital banking

Qualifications:

  1. Prior banking experience is preferred
  2. Excellent customer service skills
  3. Exceptional time management to manage different tasks and deadlines
  4. Exceptional problem resolution
  5. Commitment to strong team work
  6. Experience with Microsoft Excel is required

Trust Administrator

Trust Department – Manage and administer a group of trust accounts. Maintain payments and receipts of the accounts and review legal and financial documents – all while maintaining customer relationships.
